Network and access controls
Work can cover firewall policy review, network segmentation, secure remote access and access-control configuration. Rules and changes are documented so the operating team can understand why a control exists and how it should be maintained.
Endpoint and security monitoring
Endpoint operations, event monitoring and SIEM-related support can be included where agreed. The proposal sets out supported tools, coverage hours, alert review, escalation and the actions the support team is authorised to take.
Findings that lead to remediation
Assessment work should leave your team with prioritised findings, affected assets and practical next steps. Where vulnerability testing is included, the scope, test window, evidence handling and retest arrangements are agreed before work begins.

Technical controls can support your compliance programme, but compliance depends on the full organisational and legal context. Assessment scope and any independent audit requirements are agreed separately.
Do you provide a SOC service?
Security monitoring requirements are assessed by platform, log sources, coverage hours and response scope. We identify the delivery and escalation arrangement in the proposal.
Can you test a live system?
Testing requires written authorisation and an agreed scope. Production impact, permitted methods, timing and escalation contacts must be defined before testing.
