Start with the workload
We review applications, data, dependencies and operating requirements before recommending a deployment model. Public cloud, private infrastructure and hybrid environments have different cost, access and recovery implications. The proposal explains the platform and support arrangement involved.
Administration and visibility
Operational support can include server and virtualisation administration, availability checks, resource monitoring and configuration management. Clear ownership is established for operating systems, infrastructure, applications and provider-managed services.
Migration with a handover plan
A migration starts with dependency discovery and a target design. Data transfer, application validation, cutover and rollback are planned with the relevant owners. Access and operational documentation are handed over alongside the environment.
Backup and recovery coordination
Backup scope, retention and recovery expectations are agreed before implementation. Where included, we configure protection, review backup failures and coordinate restore testing. A completed backup job is treated separately from a tested application recovery.
Capacity and cost reviews
Resource use, growth and service costs need periodic attention. We review the agreed environment and identify changes that warrant action, while considering performance, recovery and operational impact.

We assess connectivity, identity, workload dependencies and tool access across the environments involved. The supported platforms and responsibilities are agreed in scope.
Can you help reduce cloud costs?
We can review resource utilisation and configuration within the agreed scope. Recommendations are assessed against workload performance and recovery needs; savings depend on the environment.
