Post Malone 2025

Successfully implemented end-to-end ICT and managed network services for a large-scale live concert featuring Post Malone in Guwahati, Assam, on 12th August 2025. The project involved designing and deploying a high-performance network infrastructure capable of supporting high user density, including attendees, event staff, media teams, and production units. Comprehensive RF planning and site surveys were conducted to optimize access point placement and ensure full venue coverage with minimal interference. High-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned using dedicated leased lines, with redundancy mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed with centralized controllers, enabling seamless user authentication, session management, and bandwidth allocation. Advanced network monitoring tools were utilized for real-time performance tracking, fault detection, and proactive issue resolution. Secure access control was implemented using AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols to manage user access and maintain network security. Additional ICT components included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, VLAN segmentation, and on-ground technical support teams for live event operations. The solution ensured stable connectivity for critical services such as digital ticket validation, live streaming, media uploads, and operational communication. The project was executed with a focus on scalability, reliability, and low-latency performance, ensuring a seamless digital experience for all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
