Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT infrastructure for a large-scale live concert featuring John Mayer at Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Mumbai. The project involved provisioning high-speed internet bandwidth and implementing enterprise-grade managed Wi-Fi services across the venue to support attendees, event staff, media teams, and organizers. Coverage planning included RF site surveys, access point placement optimization, and capacity planning to handle high-density user environments. The deployed solution included centralized network management with real-time monitoring, fault detection, and performance analytics to ensure network stability and uptime throughout the event. Secure user authentication mechanisms (AAA-based access) were implemented to control and monitor user access. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, network switching, redundancy planning, and on-ground technical support teams to handle live troubleshooting and incident management. The infrastructure was designed with scalability and redundancy to ensure seamless connectivity even during peak usage. The project ensured reliable, high-performance connectivity, enabling smooth event operations, live streaming capabilities, digital ticket validation, and enhanced attendee experience.
