Scaling Government Aggregators Through ONDC
Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for the Scaling Government Aggregators Through ONDC conference, held on June 2, 2026, at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre.
The project involved implementation of a secure, scalable, and high-availability network architecture to support government officials, policymakers, technology partners, ONDC stakeholders, digital commerce experts, and event management teams. Comprehensive RF site surveys and wireless network planning were conducted to ensure uninterrupted connectivity across conference halls, meeting rooms, registration counters, and operational areas.
Dedicated high-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned through leased line connectivity with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms to maintain continuous network availability throughout the event. Enterprise-grade managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using centralized wireless controllers and high-capacity access points, ensuring seamless roaming, intelligent bandwidth allocation, and optimized user experience.
Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) configurations were implemented to prioritize mission-critical applications, including cloud-based presentations, video conferencing, live demonstrations, ONDC platform access, digital collaboration tools, and real-time data exchange. VLAN-based network segmentation ensured secure isolation between organizer networks, speaker systems, media operations, attendee access, and administrative infrastructure.
Security measures included AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) implementation, firewall protection, role-based access control, endpoint security policies, and centralized network monitoring to maintain compliance and safeguard sensitive information. A dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) provided 24×7 real-time monitoring, performance analytics, proactive fault detection, and rapid incident resolution.
Additional ICT services included structured cabling, Layer-2 and Layer-3 switching infrastructure, IP addressing and network management, backbone connectivity deployment, and on-site technical support for uninterrupted event operations.
The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, enabling seamless communication, digital collaboration, knowledge sharing, and efficient execution of all conference activities related to the expansion and adoption of the ONDC ecosystem.
