RDI Scheme

Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for the RDI Scheme event, held on May 13, 2026, at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre. The project involved implementation of a secure, scalable, and high-availability network architecture to support delegates, government officials, administrators, researchers, and operational teams during the event. Detailed RF site surveys and wireless coverage analysis were conducted to ensure seamless connectivity across conference halls, meeting rooms, registration counters, and operational areas. Dedicated high-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned using leased line connectivity with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted network availability throughout the event. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized wireless controllers, enabling optimized bandwidth utilization, seamless roaming, and intelligent traffic management. Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were configured to prioritize mission-critical applications such as video conferencing, digital presentations, cloud-based collaboration tools, and administrative communication systems. VLAN-based network segmentation ensured secure isolation between organizer networks, attendee access, media systems, and operational infrastructure. Security measures included AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) implementation, firewall configurations, endpoint access control policies, and centralized monitoring systems to maintain network integrity and prevent unauthorized access. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, proactive incident management, performance analytics, and rapid troubleshooting support. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, backbone network deployment, IP addressing schemes, and deployment of on-ground technical support teams to ensure smooth execution of all digital and operational activities. The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, enabling seamless communication, efficient event coordination, and uninterrupted digital operations throughout the program.
