BUDX NBA House 2026

Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for BUDX NBA House 2026, held on May 10, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam. The project involved deployment of a high-density and scalable wireless network architecture to support thousands of concurrent users, including attendees, event organizers, media teams, production crews, sponsors, and VIP guests. Detailed RF site surveys, wireless heat mapping, and spectrum analysis were conducted to optimize access point placement and ensure seamless wireless coverage across activation zones, gaming arenas, exhibition spaces, media areas, and operational control rooms. Dedicated high-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned through leased line connectivity with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the event. Managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was implemented using enterprise-grade access points and centralized wireless controllers, enabling seamless roaming, intelligent bandwidth allocation, and optimized traffic management. Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were configured to prioritize latency-sensitive applications such as live streaming, sports content delivery, digital fan engagement platforms, ticketing systems, and media broadcasting services. VLAN-based network segmentation ensured secure isolation between production networks, public access networks, administrative systems, sponsor activations, and media infrastructure. Security measures included AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) implementation, firewall policies, endpoint access control, and centralized monitoring to safeguard network integrity and prevent unauthorized access. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, performance analytics, proactive fault management, and rapid incident resolution during the event. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, backbone network deployment, IP addressing schemes, and on-ground technical support teams to ensure smooth execution of all digital and operational activities. The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, supporting seamless fan engagement, live content delivery, sponsor activations, and uninterrupted event operations throughout the experience.
