Full Description
Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for Music Masala Fest, held on May 9, 2026, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
The project involved implementation of a high-density and scalable wireless network architecture capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users, including attendees, artists, production teams, media personnel, vendors, and event organizers. Detailed RF site surveys, spectrum analysis, and wireless heat mapping were conducted to optimize access point placement and ensure seamless coverage across audience zones, stage areas, VIP lounges, control rooms, and operational sections.
Dedicated high-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned using leased lines with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted connectivity during peak traffic conditions. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized wireless controllers, enabling seamless roaming, intelligent traffic balancing, and optimized bandwidth utilization.
Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were implemented to prioritize latency-sensitive applications such as live streaming, media broadcasting, digital ticket validation, artist communication systems, and production coordination platforms. Network segmentation using VLAN architecture ensured secure isolation between public access networks, production systems, media operations, and administrative infrastructure.
Security measures included AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) implementation, firewall policies, endpoint access control, and centralized monitoring to maintain network integrity and prevent unauthorized access. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, analytics, proactive fault detection, and rapid incident resolution throughout the event.
Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, backbone network deployment, and on-ground technical support teams for continuous operational assistance.
The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, enabling seamless digital operations, uninterrupted entertainment delivery, and enhanced audience engagement throughout the festival.
