National Conference On Laboratory Animal Welfare:Policies and Practices
Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for the National Conference on Laboratory Animal Welfare: Policies and Practices, held on May 11, 2026, at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre.
The project involved implementation of a secure and scalable network architecture to support conference delegates, researchers, policymakers, veterinary experts, and organizing teams. Comprehensive RF site surveys and wireless coverage analysis were conducted to ensure seamless connectivity across conference halls, seminar rooms, registration counters, and operational zones.
High-speed internet connectivity was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted access throughout the conference. Enterprise-grade managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was deployed using centralized wireless controllers and high-performance access points, enabling efficient bandwidth management, seamless roaming, and optimized network performance.
Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) configurations were implemented to prioritize critical applications such as live presentations, virtual conferencing, research data access, and administrative communication systems. Network segmentation using VLAN architecture ensured secure isolation between organizer networks, media access, speaker systems, and attendee connectivity.
Security measures included AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall implementation, secure access control policies, and centralized monitoring to maintain network integrity and protect sensitive conference data. A dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, analytics, and proactive incident management during the event.
Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and deployment of on-ground technical support teams to ensure uninterrupted event operations and seamless digital collaboration.
The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, enabling efficient communication, knowledge sharing, and smooth execution of all conference activities.
