CGHS National Review And Manthan 2026

Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for CGHS National Review and Manthan 2026, held on May 8, 2026, at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre. The project involved implementation of a secure, scalable, and high-availability network architecture to support government officials, healthcare administrators, delegates, and operational teams during the conference. Comprehensive RF site surveys and wireless planning were conducted to ensure seamless Wi-Fi coverage across conference halls, meeting rooms, and administrative areas. High-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms to maintain uninterrupted connectivity throughout the event. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling efficient traffic management, bandwidth optimization, and seamless roaming. Network segmentation using VLAN architecture was implemented to isolate administrative systems, conference operations, media access, and guest networks. Advanced security measures including AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and role-based access control were deployed to ensure secure communication and data protection. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, network analytics, and proactive incident management to maintain optimal performance and uptime. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and on-ground technical support teams for seamless operational execution. The deployment ensured secure, stable, and high-performance connectivity, supporting digital presentations, video conferencing, administrative coordination, and efficient communication across all stakeholders during the event.
