Nykaaland India's Biggest Beauty Festival 2025

Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for NykaaLand India's Biggest Beauty Festival 2025, held on November 7, 2025, at NSIC Grounds. The project involved implementation of a high-density, scalable wireless network architecture capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users, including attendees, brand exhibitors, influencers, media teams, and event organizers. Extensive RF site surveys and spectrum analysis were conducted to optimize access point placement and ensure seamless wireless coverage across exhibition zones, experience booths, stages, and operational areas. High-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned through dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted connectivity during peak traffic periods. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling efficient bandwidth allocation, seamless roaming, and real-time traffic management. Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were implemented to prioritize critical applications such as digital payment systems, AR/VR brand experiences, live streaming, social media uploads, and event management platforms. Network segmentation using VLANs ensured secure isolation between exhibitor networks, operational systems, media access, and public users. Security was enforced through AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and access control policies to maintain network integrity and protect sensitive data. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, performance analytics, and proactive incident management. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and on-ground technical support teams to ensure smooth execution of all digital and operational activities. The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, enabling seamless brand interactions, digital engagement, and enhanced user experience across the festival ecosystem.
