Karan Aujla P-Pop Culture India Tour
Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for the multi-city P-Pop Culture India Tour featuring Karan Aujla, conducted across major cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Jaipur, and Indore.
The project involved implementation of a scalable and high-density network architecture tailored for large-scale live events across multiple venues such as Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, and Aquatica Ground. Each location required customized RF planning, including detailed site surveys and wireless heat mapping to ensure optimal access point placement and seamless coverage across audience zones, stage areas, backstage operations, and control rooms.
High-speed internet connectivity was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted service during peak traffic conditions. Managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling efficient bandwidth allocation, seamless roaming, and real-time traffic optimization across all venues.
Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were implemented to prioritize latency-sensitive applications such as live streaming, media broadcasting, digital ticketing, and event management platforms. Network segmentation using VLANs ensured secure isolation between production, media, VIP access, and public networks.
Security was enforced through AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and strict access control policies to maintain network integrity and protect against unauthorized access. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) provided real-time monitoring, performance analytics, and proactive incident management across all tour locations.
Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and deployment of on-ground technical teams for rapid troubleshooting and operational support.
The deployment ensured reliable, low-latency, and high-performance connectivity across all cities, enabling seamless execution of the tour and delivering an enhanced digital experience for attendees, organizers, and media stakeholders.
