Himesh Reshammiya's Cap Mania Tour

Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for Himesh Reshammiya’s Cap Mania Tour featuring Himesh Reshammiya, held on July 19, 2025, at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium. The project involved implementing a high-density, scalable wireless network capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users, including attendees, event organizers, production teams, and media personnel. Detailed RF site surveys and wireless heat mapping were conducted to optimize access point placement and ensure seamless coverage across audience seating, stage areas, backstage zones, and control rooms. High-speed internet connectivity was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted service during peak usage. Managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling seamless roaming, bandwidth optimization, and efficient traffic management. Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were implemented to prioritize critical applications such as live streaming, media broadcasting, digital ticket validation, and internal communication systems. Network segmentation using VLANs ensured secure isolation between production, media, VIP access, and public users. Security was enforced through AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and access control policies to maintain network integrity and prevent unauthorized access. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, performance analytics, and proactive incident management. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and on-ground technical support teams for real-time troubleshooting and operational efficiency. The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, enabling seamless execution of the concert and delivering an enhanced digital experience for all stakeholders.
