Waves Film Bazaar 2025

Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for Waves Film Bazaar, held on November 20, 2025, at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa. The project involved implementing a high-density and scalable network architecture to support filmmakers, production houses, exhibitors, and delegates engaged in screenings, business meetings, and digital content exchange. Detailed RF site surveys and spectrum analysis were conducted to optimize access point placement and ensure seamless wireless coverage across conference halls, screening rooms, meeting areas, and networking zones. High-speed internet connectivity was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted service. Managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling efficient bandwidth allocation, seamless roaming, and consistent performance across all user groups. Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were implemented to prioritize bandwidth-intensive applications such as video streaming, media file transfers, virtual screenings, and live presentations. Network segmentation using VLANs ensured secure isolation between exhibitors, media teams, organizers, and guest users. Security measures included AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and access control policies to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, performance analytics, and proactive incident management. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and on-ground technical support to ensure smooth execution of digital screenings, content sharing, and business networking sessions. The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, supporting seamless digital interactions, content distribution, and collaboration within the film industry ecosystem.
