Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for ETHGlobal, hosted at India International Convention & Expo Centre (Yashobhoomi). The project involved implementing a high-density, low-latency network architecture tailored for Web3 developers, hackathon participants, and technical teams requiring continuous and reliable internet connectivity for blockchain development, smart contract deployment, and real-time collaboration. Advanced RF site surveys and spectrum analysis were conducted to optimize wireless coverage across coding zones, breakout areas, auditoriums, and collaboration spaces. Enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers were deployed to ensure seamless roaming, efficient traffic distribution, and high concurrent device handling. High-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned through dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover configurations to ensure uninterrupted connectivity throughout the event. The network was optimized for latency-sensitive applications such as node synchronization, API calls, cloud IDE usage, and live demo deployments. Security was enforced using AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, VLAN segmentation, and firewall policies to isolate developer traffic, administrative operations, and guest access. Additional security layers were implemented to safeguard against unauthorized access and network misuse. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, analytics, and proactive incident management, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and dedicated on-ground technical support teams. The deployment ensured high availability, low latency, and secure connectivity, supporting continuous development workflows, live project demonstrations, and seamless digital collaboration throughout the hackathon.
