BLTM 2025

Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for BLTM 2025, held on November 9, 2025, at Yashobhoomi (IICC). The project involved implementing a high-density, scalable network architecture to support a large number of exhibitors, hosted buyers, travel professionals, and attendees across exhibition halls, meeting zones, and conference areas. Detailed RF site surveys and spectrum analysis were conducted to optimize access point placement and ensure seamless wireless coverage throughout the venue. High-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover mechanisms to maintain uninterrupted connectivity. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling efficient bandwidth allocation, seamless roaming, and real-time traffic management. Network segmentation was implemented using VLANs to isolate exhibitor networks, organizer operations, media access, and public users. Security measures included AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and role-based access control to ensure data protection and secure network access. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, performance analytics, and proactive incident management. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and on-ground technical support for continuous operational efficiency. The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, supporting digital business meetings, live demonstrations, registration systems, and seamless communication across all stakeholders during the event.
