Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for the India leg of the Circus Maximus World Tour by Travis Scott, conducted across major venues including Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Complex and Mahalaxmi Racecourse on November 11, 2025. The project involved implementation of a high-density, scalable network architecture capable of supporting tens of thousands of concurrent users, including attendees, production crews, event organizers, and media teams. Comprehensive RF site surveys and wireless heat mapping were conducted at both venues to optimize access point placement and ensure seamless coverage across main stages, audience zones, backstage areas, and operational control centers. High-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with redundancy and automatic failover mechanisms to maintain uninterrupted connectivity during peak usage. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling efficient traffic management, seamless roaming, and optimized bandwidth allocation. Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were implemented to prioritize latency-sensitive applications such as live streaming, broadcast feeds, media uploads, and digital ticketing systems. Network segmentation using VLANs ensured secure isolation between production, media, VIP access, and public user traffic. Security was enforced through AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and access control policies to safeguard network integrity and prevent unauthorized access. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, analytics, and proactive incident management across both venues. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, core and access switching, IP addressing schemes, and deployment of on-ground technical teams for rapid troubleshooting and operational support. The deployment ensured reliable, low-latency, and high-performance connectivity, enabling seamless execution of large-scale live performances and delivering an enhanced digital experience for all stakeholders.
