SAI Regional Directors Conference 2025
Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for SAI Regional Directors Conference 2025, held on December 22, 2025, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Complex, within facilities operated by Sports Authority of India.
The project involved implementation of a secure, high-availability network architecture to support conference operations, including digital presentations, video conferencing, administrative coordination, and data sharing among regional directors and officials. A detailed RF site survey was conducted to ensure optimal wireless coverage across meeting rooms, conference halls, and administrative areas.
High-speed internet connectivity was provisioned through dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted service during critical sessions. Managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling seamless connectivity, bandwidth optimization, and user session management.
Network segmentation using VLANs was implemented to isolate official communication channels, administrative networks, and guest access. Security was reinforced through AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and role-based access control to ensure data protection and compliance with government standards.
A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, performance tracking, and proactive incident management. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing, and on-site technical support to ensure smooth execution of all conference activities.
The deployment ensured secure, stable, and high-performance connectivity, facilitating efficient collaboration and supporting the conference objective of establishing a “grassroots-first” approach for India’s sports ecosystem.
