Bismil Ki Mehfil 2025

Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for Bismil Ki Mehfil 2025 – Main Hoon Sufi India Tour, including major shows held on July 12 and December 27, 2025, at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium. The project involved implementing a high-density, scalable wireless network capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users, including attendees, production teams, event organizers, and media personnel. Comprehensive RF site surveys and spectrum analysis were conducted to optimize access point placement and ensure seamless wireless coverage across seating areas, stage zones, backstage, and operational control rooms. High-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned via dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover mechanisms to maintain uninterrupted connectivity during live performances. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling efficient traffic management, seamless roaming, and optimized bandwidth distribution. Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were configured to prioritize latency-sensitive applications such as live streaming, media broadcasting, digital ticket validation, and event management systems. Network segmentation using VLANs ensured secure isolation between operations, media, VIP access, and public user traffic. Security was enforced through AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and access control mechanisms to safeguard network integrity. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) enabled real-time monitoring, performance analytics, and proactive incident management. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and dedicated on-ground technical support teams to ensure seamless execution throughout the event lifecycle. The deployment ensured reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity, enhancing digital engagement, enabling smooth event operations, and delivering a superior connected experience for attendees and stakeholders.
