Successfully designed and implemented end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for Indian Super Gaming League (ISGL) 2026, held on March 15, 2026, at NESCO Hall 4. The project required deployment of a high-performance, low-latency network environment optimized for esports competitions, live streaming, and real-time audience engagement. Detailed RF planning and spectrum analysis were conducted to ensure interference-free wireless coverage across gaming arenas, spectator zones, broadcasting areas, and control rooms. Dedicated high-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned through leased lines with redundancy and failover configurations to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. The managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was built using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling seamless roaming, traffic prioritization, and bandwidth allocation for critical gaming and streaming applications. Network architecture included VLAN segmentation to isolate gaming traffic, broadcast feeds, administrative operations, and public access networks. Advanced QoS (Quality of Service) policies were implemented to prioritize latency-sensitive gaming packets and ensure optimal performance. Security was enforced through AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, firewall configurations, and access control mechanisms to safeguard network integrity. A centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) was established for real-time monitoring, analytics, and proactive incident management. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, core and access switching, IP addressing schemes, and support for tournament management systems, live streaming platforms, digital scoreboards, and media uploads. On-ground technical teams ensured seamless execution and rapid troubleshooting during the event. The deployment ensured ultra-low latency, high reliability, and secure connectivity, delivering a seamless digital experience for players, organizers, broadcasters, and attendees in a competitive gaming environment.
