Def Leppard 2026
Successfully designed and deployed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for a large-scale live concert featuring Def Leppard.
The project involved implementing a high-density, scalable network architecture capable of supporting thousands of concurrent users, including attendees, event staff, production teams, and media personnel. Comprehensive RF site surveys and wireless heat mapping were conducted to ensure optimal access point placement and seamless coverage across the venue.
High-speed internet connectivity was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with redundancy and automatic failover to maintain uninterrupted services during peak usage. Managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was deployed using enterprise-grade access points and centralized controllers, enabling efficient bandwidth allocation, load balancing, and user session management.
Advanced security measures were implemented using AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, VLAN segmentation, and firewall configurations to isolate and protect different network segments such as operations, media, and public access.
Real-time monitoring and analytics were enabled through a centralized Network Operations Center (NOC), providing full visibility into network performance, traffic utilization, and incident management. On-ground technical teams ensured immediate troubleshooting and operational support throughout the event.
Additional ICT components included structured cabling, core and access switching, IP planning, and support for critical services such as digital ticketing systems, live streaming, media uploads, and internal communication systems.
The deployment ensured low-latency, secure, and high-availability connectivity, enabling seamless execution of the concert and enhanced digital experience for all stakeholders.
