Skill India 2026
Successfully designed, deployed, and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for IndiaSkills 2025–26 National Competition, held from March 29 to April 2, 2026, at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
The project involved implementing a high-density, scalable network architecture to support thousands of participants, judges, organizers, and visitors across multiple competition zones and exhibition halls. Detailed RF site surveys and spectrum analysis were conducted to ensure optimal access point placement, interference mitigation, and seamless wireless coverage throughout the venue.
High-speed internet connectivity was provisioned using dedicated leased lines with built-in redundancy and failover configurations to ensure uninterrupted services. Managed Wi-Fi infrastructure was deployed using enterprise-grade controllers, enabling centralized configuration, load balancing, and efficient bandwidth allocation across different user groups.
Security and access control were enforced using AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, along with VLAN segmentation to isolate traffic between participants, judges, administrative staff, and public users. Firewall and policy-based routing mechanisms were implemented to maintain network integrity and data security.
Real-time monitoring and analytics were enabled through a centralized Network Operations Center (NOC), allowing proactive fault detection, performance optimization, and incident management. On-ground technical teams ensured rapid response and continuous support during the event lifecycle.
Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, IP addressing schemes, and support for critical applications such as digital scoring systems, live streaming, participant management platforms, and media operations.
The deployment ensured reliable, high-performance, and secure connectivity, enabling seamless execution of competitions and digital operations at a national scale.
