Successfully deployed and managed end-to-end ICT and network infrastructure for the 19th edition of SIAT 2026, held from January 27–30, 2026 at Pune International Exhibition and Convention Centre (PIECC), Moshi, Pune, India. The event was organized by Automotive Research Association of India in collaboration with SAEINDIA and SAE International. The project involved designing a scalable and high-density network infrastructure to support thousands of concurrent users, including industry experts, exhibitors, media personnel, and attendees. Advanced RF site surveys and capacity planning were conducted to ensure optimal access point placement and seamless wireless coverage across exhibition halls, conference rooms, and common areas. High-speed internet bandwidth was provisioned via dedicated leased lines with redundancy and failover mechanisms to maintain uninterrupted connectivity. Managed Wi-Fi services were deployed using centralized controllers, enabling efficient traffic management, load balancing, and bandwidth optimization. Security was enforced through AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) protocols, along with VLAN segmentation and firewall configurations to isolate and protect different user groups such as exhibitors, organizers, and public attendees. Real-time monitoring tools and centralized dashboards were implemented for proactive network management, performance tracking, and incident response. Additional ICT services included structured cabling, switching infrastructure, NOC (Network Operations Center) setup, and on-ground technical support teams to ensure smooth execution of live demonstrations, digital presentations, and hybrid conference sessions. The deployment ensured reliable, low-latency, and secure connectivity, supporting the event’s theme of “Innovative Pathways for Safe and Sustainable Mobility” and enabling seamless digital engagement throughout the event.
